Hi friends, when I put down the lid of my TUF F15, it goes into sleep, but just after few seconds it turns on again. The lights blink and fans moving.

High fan speeds/temps
I have an Asus Tuf Gaming F15 laptop and I noticed that this exactly happens on CachyOS only. No matter what applications are open that shouldn't be heavy, or even if it's sitting there in "power save", the temperatures and fans speed go crazy. Switched to Windows and it ran just perfectly. I'm using na Asus tuf gaming f15 and this update keeps failing on my unit. I download it, let it run into installation. And then nothing. Stuck at black screen. No mouse cursor. Just the backlight. Had to hard shutdown and the power on but then it reverts the update.

Long term owners discussion
I got my Asus tuf f15 in 2021 I had to get it serviced once for fan issues,it was under warranty I had the infamous wifi card issue a few months ago where no wifi would get detected. I initially thought the wifi card was fried(I tried every fix out there and nothing worked). Started using ethernet.
