Answer is the laptop. It isn't borked or faulty, just HD2 on laptop specs suffers from issues. My Legion and ASUS TUF A17 had this problem. 12800HX, 3070ti 150w and 6800H 3070 140w. Right time to repaste?
My tuf a17 with ryzen 7 7435hs and rtx 4060 started to show high temps within 3months from buying. Despite using llano v10 cooler cpu was throttling. Factory paste was dried out, gpu was fine.
