Answer is the laptop. It isn't borked or faulty, just HD2 on laptop specs suffers from issues. My Legion and ASUS TUF A17 had this problem. 12800HX, 3070ti 150w and 6800H 3070 140w. On the Legion (12800H) I could only get a near solid 60 on low SHD if I used lossless scaling. Soon as things got hect

After cleaning Tuf A17, because the GPU fans are sounds bad, now it sounds like this
ASUS Laptop TUF Gaming A17, the coolers are made of cheap plastic, they break so quickly, never again cheap Asus stuff.

Charge decrease laptop lifespan?
Nevertheless you need to charge your laptop while playing games or you don't want to play games at 30 fps, of course it will decrease your laptop's lifespan, but do we really have a choice?
