sincer, eu am fost toata viata cu laptop urile. Am avut un Asus TUF A17 cu 1660ti si ryzen 7 8c/16t. Foarte ok pt jocuri la vremea lui. Answer is the laptop. It isn't borked or faulty, just HD2 on laptop specs suffers from issues. My Legion and ASUS TUF A17 had this problem. 12800HX, 3070ti 150w and 6800H 3070 140w.
