Yes but you can oc it and you have stuff like dlss or lossless scaling that works great (I have a 5070 laptop and I use lossless scaling for some games) as for the GPU most laptop gpus say their a 5070 but don't have the performance of that it's usually a card down depending on certain stuff so tech
