KUB Fiber - Modem?
Asus RT-AX86U Pro. There are better ones out now that will do a better job. I got this on a black Friday deal

Thoughts on the ASUS TUF BE3600?
I bought a TUF BE3600 2 weeks ago and pretty happy with its performance based on its price, I have a 500mbps fttp at home, it can reach the whole house, and can get around 250-300 speed at the far end. Last week I bought a BE86u as I have seen so many compliment on AX86U, double the price than be360

Upload latency
Yeah - with SQM you should get it down to almost nothing... Interestingly I had an Asus RT-AX86U before and with that router even on wired the upload bufferbloat looked as bad as your wireless picture shows... For me the real world difference up and down is that I can now hold a VoIP call, video cha

Flint 2....2.5Gb WAN/LAN Port
I wholeheartedly second that notion. I came over from a Asus RT-AX86U at the beginning of April and am blown away by how much better the Flint 2 is. I have 1Gig Fiber delivered over the 2.5Gb port (provisioned at around 995/985) and am getting full throughput with very low buffer bloat. Day and nigh

FTTC to FTTP for gaming?
Yes streaming 4k shows. Apparently that takes 25mpbs and yet we only have 5? Not sure how that works lol. And yeh I replied to another comment here about QoS stuff. Really messed with everything else when we tried QoS with Asus ac86u. The next step was ax86u but I'm hoping we won't need that with th

Best performing 5-gbit /10gig capable router.
How many devices are you running through it. Currently I have RT-AX86U Pro, and it sometimes struggles with encrypted VPN connections, meaning CPU overload.

Best Router for Fios
Depends how much you want to spend, what speed you're looking for, what your usage is like, what features you want, how big your house is, etc. First, almost any router with a gigabit WAN port and wifi 6 or higher is going to be on par or better than the one Verizon rents out. My last two routers we

Upgraded from You1000 to You2000 - no new speed - what’s next?
Same here, I have an ASUS RT-AX86U with a 2.5Gbps WAN port but the speed test on the router itself still shows around 900Mbps which is the same as before I upgraded, I checked on various forums and the RT-AX86U can internal support and test 2Gbps speeds. ONT has a 2.5Gbps port and has been confirmed
