Buy a rog zephyrus g16 with a rtx 4060/4070. Don't think that it's rog so it's bulky and only for gaming. Look it up and watch some videos, you'll realise how good and portable it is.

hey, i had a similar budget last year and same requirements as you. i went for the rog strix my friend got an rog zephyrus g14 I would suggest you go for the zephyrus g14. but if you are okay with carrying a larger laptop then go for the zephyrus g16. do not buy legions/strix/alienware most of them
