Not within your budget but the ROG Raikiri Pro fits your needs. The dongle is stored within the back of the controller

Looking for a controller with extra back buttons that are placed the same way as the Razer Wolverine V2 Pro (centered)
You want it centered? Isn't that uncomfortable ergonomically? Anyway. ROG Raikiri Pro is probably the closest thing that isn't one of the Razer ones you already mentioned.It doesn't have extra shoulder buttons though. This company is a joke
Victrix Xbox Reloaded, Razer Wolverine, Asus RAIKIRI II are some healthy alternatives that I've used that provide fairly good results when looking for Xbox Elite replacements. Yes, I own the Valor SCUF (Wired and Wireless). So I hope this helps.
