I have the Asus PA32QCV, am mostly a productivity user, and it’s a good monitor for this use case. The matte screen is not as dramatic as reviews make it out to be — sure it is not as crisp as glossy, but it’s not that blurry either. When you have font scaling properly set (eg 200%), text that is pr

TLDR: Bright elements on dark background are blurry. Old setup was: primary matte IPS LG 27UD58 4K 27" secondary glossy 27" 1440p IPS from the Korean imports era of 2011-2012 tertiary M2 16" Macbook Pro. I got the PA32QCV to become the primary and move the 4k as secondary. I have a bright work desk

I have a collection of LG Ultrafine I’m trying to sell if you’re in the Austin area. I have 2x 27” 5K and 2x 24” 4K. I upgraded to the Asus 32” 6K PA32QCV and I’m really enjoying it. Previously I used a combination of 1x 5K and 1x 4K Ultrafine. The matte finish on the PA32QCV isn’t noticeable to me

I’ve been researching monitor options for a couple months, and just spent more time on it today after seeing this post. I’m actually leaning towards the ASUS ProArt 6K display, it’s 31.5” with the same 218 ppi as the 5K Apple and LG displays. https://www.asus.com/displays-desktops/monitors/proart/pr

I'm looking at this video for the first time and this monitor looks awesome and the matte seems fine? I haven't seen a matte in person but I can imagine it's nice to have it; isn't that why Apple charges more FOR matte (nano-texture) after all? What exactly am I missing? I'm guessing you have the 6K

Depends on how many sunlight is in your room. I have the Asus PA32QCV 6k with the LuxPixel (like nano-texture), it goes up to 750 nits and I think that's just right when it's sunniest. You probably will want more with 450 nits, but again my living room set up has full-body windows so it definitely g

I've read articles that say that the panel gets up to 600+ nits fullscreen SDR.This one says 635: https://www.tech-critter.com/asus-proart-display-6k-pa32qcv-review/ This one says 714: https://www.pcworld.com/article/2873124/asus-proart-pa32qcv-review.html#:~:text=First%20up%20is,to%20a%20minimum. I had the smaller PA27JCV (5K, but same pixel density of 218PPI). Both the 27” and 32” models are very affordable for what you get. Both have a LuxPixel coating, which is very similar to Apple’s nano-texture coating. It greatly diminishes reflections: the picture looks like paper. I had a problem wi

I finally ordered the Asus ProArt PA32QCV and got it a couple of days ago. Loving it so far. I got it at B&H Photo for $1,299.00. This included the desk clamp mount which is nice because it takes up less desk space. It is a matte finish but the matte seems fine grained enough that I don't notice any

With this regard, the matt of the Asus PA32QCV (which is better than the LG 32U990A ala AdamTalksTech), would be better than the Kuycon G32P.This is the boat I am in, so I find your review and experience useful.
