I sold my PG32UQX for a C4 and regret it a bit , kinda like more the tradeoff of blooming and peak nit vs pixel perfect black but burn in chances, might jump on this one , 5k 27'' will be crazy

Remember when the definition of a good HDR gaming monitor was the ASUS PG32UQX, which was a 1152-zone MiniLED monitor for $3,000? Those were dark days.

The colors aren't as vibrant as a QD-OLED, but a good mini-LED like the Q27G3XMN managed to be in-between a WOLED and a QD-OLED in terms of color volume (during brighter scenes at least). Brightness is still an improvement for HDR even in dark rooms, I use a 321URX (same panel as your AW3225QF) and

I owned the PG32UQX, and I currently own the PG32UCDP. Tell me know you've never seen the products in person without telling me you've never seen the products in person. I desperately tried to find Bloom on the Mini LED and it just wasn't there under normal circumstances. But the fact that my Mini L

Until you admit your mistake. I asked you, do you know how to read measurements? Because if you look at the AW3225QF or the PG27UCDM for example, they're some of the most accurate gaming monitors you can get right now (not accounting for the heat affecting tracking on the AW for example) https://www

I see no LD difference in game mode, maybe the tone mapping is less processed but that's it.Most Rtings tests show barely any difference, maybe 100 nits less in highlights at most which is not noticeable on 2000 nit displays. Cooling is not an issue that would cause less sophisticated LD and worse c

Yes inverse blooming exist even in high end mini LEDs like Asus PG32UQX special if you set the local dimming in level 3. Some monitors have that problem (special VA) some don't. And agree is a very annoying problem. But every technology have her problems, Oleds brightness and aging, IPS contrast and

The main issue with mini LED is the dimming algorithm plays a large part in how how much blooming you will get. Currently you really need a g-sync ultimate chip for the best results. This is why the PG32UQX performs so much better in blooming than the newer BenQ EX321UX. Hopefully the g-sync pulsar

I just don't like that Mini LED was abandoned. OLED is great and Mini LED is great. By now we should have had a PG32UQX successor with a fast IPS panel at 4k 240hz and dual mode 480hz. I get many love OLED, but since OLED is the only option offered on the high end, it makes me upset. The last flagsh

Ouch, the PG32UQX is what I tested from Asus. Very lucky I sold it for almost what I bought it tbh. Very mediocre dimming algo IMO. Crazy for the price. X32FP i believe was what Acer had that was discontinued and replaced by the Nitro series. Inzone M9 I saw at a convection, its a joke with its 96 d
