Router for NBN 1000/100 Mbps connection?

Would recommend the ASUS GT-AX11000 or AX6000. They have 2.5 G WAN/LAN, great wireless coverage, strong hardware and they handle traffic well and has enough power for Plex/network services! Good luck!

Share Your Setup – Be Featured on the Emby Blog

I change countries every couple of years so, I have to have a setup that I can take with me and work whilst I wait for my shipping to turn up. My Emby server, work from home and games machine travels with me on flights - remember, this all goes into 2 suitcases (1 for clothes & disks), 1 for the TV)

Routers for starlink?

I got an ASUS rog ax11000 and put Starlink in modem mode. It gave me faster speeds and better ping for gaming. Then there’s the added functionality of controlling how different networks can perform. I have a gaming frequency that only my ps5 is on and that gets priority. Defo helped but marginal gai

Goddamn Xfinity

Depends on your speed you get from Xfinity, I just upgraded my old ASUS router because it was capped at 1Gig network speeds. I got the Asus GT-AX11000 Pro because it has a 10 gig, and 2.5 gig port, as well as four 1 gig ports. Xfinity modems suck at doing anything more than just passing data, any ex

Need Help Looking for a Good Quality AIO

Maybe it's time to consider WiFi 7.. more details below. I’ll provide an option for each technology. TL;DR: I’d get the RT-BE82U. For WiFi 6 I'd consider the ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000 Pro. Around $200. You can use its 10G or 2.5G port for WAN (Internet connection) or LAN (local network). The only

Is the ASUS GT-AX11000 good

I recently bought one about a month ago to mesh (moca back haul) with an Asus XT9. I replaced my main XT9 because it did not correctly handle multicast traffic from the satellite when configured with a wired back haul (and wireless back haul was not 100% stable, maybe 98%). I have wireless speakers

Need Router Advice

Good to hear. I've never had a problem with my primary network. Getting the Guest Network to properly work was a headache. Maybe they've fixed the problem(s) I had with a managed switch. What do you think about his router selections? I think that's where his main question(s) lie. The GT-AXE16000 is

First off, what's the speed your paying for? and Second, yes Wifi 7 is currently the best but you can get similar performance on Wifi 6E, Third you should not rely on Wifi for streaming, It's possible but there's alot of variables that can change how good your connection is, along with every device
