Is the Oura worth it if you have an Apple Watch?

I have both, since I got diagnosed with Sleep apnea, I have used my Apple watch to track my sleep. I got tired of wearing my Apple watch 24x7 and having to remember to charge it in the morning. Now Oura ring tracks my sleep and my Apple watch can sit on the charger overnight.

Time to make the switch from an Apple Watch to a Garmin/Coros?

If you are at all serious about running, there isn't much choice. You want to use a watch designed with features for runners. As to using that watch all day... that's up to you. There is a slight benefit of having your sleep / recovery data but I think it is at best marginally valuable. Personally,

AWU3 vs Garmin Fenix 8 — losing my mind over this GAS spiral 😅

My experience for what it’s worth. I have a lot of apple products and am quite happy in the ecosystem, I have a Fenix 8 and was given a AWU3, I have to admit I wanted to enjoy the AW as I’m a little unhappy with the way garmin treat software releases on “older” watches. However I just can’t get on w

I bought an AWU3 about a month and half ago... not satisifed

It’s just too much watch. I don’t need a 5cm square on my wrist, I’m not skiing in the Alps I don’t need the loud beacon thing, I take off the watch to shower anyway and it charges to 100 in that amount of time…. Idk I am just not a super-athlete that needs all the extra functions. I just need a reg

I love my ultra but it checks heart rate every other 5 / 10 mins. I have a garmin also and it checks it pretty much every second. Is there a way for apple watch to do that too ?? I’ve checked settings. Cant find anything.

Apple Watch falls back to spot checks at rest to save battery — the 1-second continuous sampling only kicks in during workouts. Garmin does much more consistent sampling all day by default. If you need continuous HR on AW outside workouts, enabling the AFib detection setting forces more frequent rea

Will an apple watch 11 have enough battery for an ultra marathon?

Any exercise (other than sleep), I don't think any Apple Watch (aside from AWU) will last long enough for 12.5 hrs exercise.

Bought a ring Conn and the started seeing all these bad things :(

Apple Watch needs charging every day and not quickly. RingConn needs charging once a week.

PSA: Apple Watch Series 1 update failure = no recovery path if it bricks

Just happened to me and yes you are right the update the renders the phone useless should not be sent by Apple, but they do this on purpose so that you have to buy a new phone and the absolute thing is nonsense. They designed it or stop designing programs for it to make it obsolete one minute the wa

Apple finagled the numbers, 6hr longer battery life on Series 11 is a scam.

I think it’s absolutely a scam. It’s the exact same watch with very few tweaks and nobody would buy that kind of a watch or upgrade to it, so they had to figure out a way to tell you that the battery life was much better than it really is. It’s completely easy to understand if you’re not an Apple fa

iPhone 17 pro or S25 Ultra

I got a 17 & an s25 ultra after so i switched to the s25 ultra as my main phone. Ive been an iphone user since 2011 & I honestly don’t think I could go back. I still have my 17, but imo in direct comparison the s25 ultra is better. It allows lots of customization, brighter+clearer display, has no gl
