Pairing Problem With Apple Watch Series 8
Yep so seems you need to take the Apple Watch to an Apple Store and/or buy a new phone. I will say not all are upgraded, I just bought a new Apple Watch Series 10, and it was still on WatchOS 18.

Fidelity’s Apple Watch Ultra “complication” does not work
Hi All - Just started using the Fidelity App quick access and installed the app on the Apple Watch. Extremely frustrated, and as someone who's been in IT for over 40 years I thought I'd test it to see where it's failing. Is iPhone unlocking via Apple Watch so slow and inconsistent it’s useless for everyone?
Unpair then re-pair the watch. In the watch app on the phone choose General -> Reset -> Erase Apple Watch Content and Settings Then pair the watch and restore it from the latest backup. This makes unlock watch with iPhone quick again. Also fixes heart rate monitoring when that gets slow/stuck. Weird

Is Using Keys with Passive Entry turned OFF on Apple iPhone and Apple Watches Broken In v1.8?
Yeah I think no one knows what they are saying here. I have an Apple Watch Series 10 and with Passive Entry off I used to be able to open the car by using B-pillar. And I used to then be able to drive the car with no phone or fob or key card (no one carries those things except maybe the phone!). Now

Watch OS is so bad now
My Apple Watch Series 10 (GPS + Cellular) glitches whenever I try to do anything on it. It runs stable watchOS 26.3 at the moment.

No standing reminders in watchOS 26
Updated to watch is 26.5, still having the same issue. Have tried to turn off and on stand reminders but it still doesn’t trigger. I’m so sick of adjusting my stand goal ‘for today’ everyday just so it completes every night!! Any solution to this? Apple Watch S10 with cellular here

Issues With Cellular Calling on Series 10
I have found the Apple Watch (S10 LTE) to be insanely buggy switching between WiFi and LTE - usually noticed when it needs to switch to LTE. And I've had the same exact issues on both T-Mobile and Visible (Verizon). It is not carrier-specific. I don't think I will ever buy another LTE Apple Watch. T
