Runna - pricing

There are lots of training plans that you can find and use online for free. For me, the thing that makes it worthwhile is the integration on my watch. I have an Apple Watch Series 10 and I like having all the planned workouts automatically set up and ready to go. No faffing about creating a custom w

Wanted to share a new sleep strategy that has been working for me.

I've had good experiences with my series 10. I use it for sleep, med/vitamin reminder and for exercise to good effect. Also, to remind me to stand once per hour if I haven't moved for the first 50 min since the top of the hour (I usually do some chore, do a walking chore for a few minutes or a VILPA

Smart watch recommendations

I have an Apple Watch series 10 I love it. It does all of these (can’t speak for the biking bc I don’t bike), there are body battery apps like BodyState you can download if you want that info I never found it helpful to know that info but it’s different for everyone. I charge it at night before bed

Is there a better way??? (Treadmill runs)

Im using Apple Watch series 10 and lately its been very close to the distance on the treadmill. I would suggest that you run outdoor from time to time. The watch seems to calculate your arm swing and effort and adjust it to the indoor run. For me, there used to be about 20% gap (less distance on the

How worth it are they?

I have both an Apple Watch series 10 and an Oura ring gen 4. They work well together and for sleeping I do like Oura better. I think a smart ring would be a good option for you for sleep tracking and general day to day tracking, but I don’t think any smart ring is going to be good option for the gym

Thinking of amazfit

I was EXACTLY in the same situation as u a month back. Was an apple watch user and was considering AW S10 and Amazfit active 2. Went with active 2 just for it's battery life. Both are sleek and comfortable. To answer your question, yes to all. For last question, people i guess here are unaware but f

What Apple Watch to get?

I use Apple Watch s10 42mm (GPS+Cellular). I uber/doordash/GoPuff full time. When I’m not doing that, I turn my phone off and just use my watch. I can text/email/call, track health metrics, and everything besides social media. I love being in the real world! Edit: Apple Pay/cash also works really we

Smart watch after HA

It can be an anxiety trap. I definitely obsessed over my hear rate a lot and took a lot of EKGs. If you get one, do not get a Fitbit! Thing told me I have aFib which freaked me the hell out. Hospital did a number of tests and I wore a holter for a while. No aFib. Fitbit watches love to report PVCs a

Preferred health tracking devices?

they are on the more expensive side, but i was just diagnosed this week with POTS and have previously been using my apple watch (series 10!) to track what i thought were unrelated issues. since my diagnosis on wednesday i actually discovered an app called tachymon, recommended by some others on redd

Anyone switch from Fenix 8?

I used the F8 for a while and recently switched to the AWU3, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The F8 feels like an Amazfit T-Rex on steroids. Same rugged look, same vibe, just a bit more refined. I liked it a lot at first, until I realized what a truly premium tracker feels like once I
