Bagulho roda tudo bem e suave, sistema liso, redond

Update on Amazon Order : My T14s has arrived

I've got the OLED model. 15 hours max on regular workloads running Office, Edge or Chrome, some WSL and VS Code. About 20 hours for watching local video files. Those are decent numbers given the 58 Wh battery and the high res 2.8k OLED display. OP's IPS LCD panel should be a lot more efficient. Base

Battery Life

Your M1 Mac has an ARM chip and that will always run circles around Intel or AMD chips when it comes to battery life. My M3 pro MacBook gets almost 20 hours battery life but my framework 12 from work gets about 5 or 6 hours max. However, for me the benefits of the framework outweigh the Mac and I'm

Buying a Macbook Pro only for it to be an “Ableton Machine”?

Everyone’s saying older but a M4 MacBook Air 16GB can handle like 75 tracks in ableton (idk about plugins) from reviews. Honestly? I’d shoot for the 14” M5 MacBook Pro. You’ll get insane battery life, the latest gen chip (Apple iterates pretty heavily between M series chips) and an Open Box version

Incoming college student looking for help

For that specific price range. You have a few options. You can go with the 512GB MacBook Neo using the Apple Education Store which will put you at $600 USD plus tax. I'm a huge tech snob, I won't lie. BUT, I've been daily driving it for grad school this past week and it gets the job done and typing

Is it safe to keep this bad boy plugged in all the time?

I have my M3 Pro MacBook Pro plugged in 24/7 since February of 2024. Checking just now, Cycle Count: 87 Condition: NormalMaximum Capacity: 100% I do a lot of Final Cut Pro, but not super high-demand. As I understand it, the computer will run directly of AC power once the batter is topped off. Mine s

What should I look for when buying a new Mac that’s primarily (and frequently) used for editing photos in LrC (desktop).

You could just get the base model 16" Macbook Pro and you would be happy with it. The 16" screen is invaluable for photo editing, IMO. So don't even think about the 14" one. People will tell you to get masses of RAM. That costs a lot extra. I run an M3 Pro with what was the base of 18GB at the time,

Mac Mini M4 as a side Computer

Context: I edit short and long form contents and ads with fast turnarounds so I need a computer that doesn’t require proxies or transcoding before editing and can scrub through the timeline quickly. Apple’s M-series chips are crazy. I’m previously editing on my i9-12900K + 128GB RAM + 3070Ti. Didn’t

Which macbook do you guys use for personal use and personal dev work ?

moved from a corp m4 pro to personal m4 air 16/512 last month for the same browsing+dev reason. imo its 95% of the pro experience for 45% of the price, 1.25-1.3L new or 75-90k used good-condition. ran a few small ML models (pytorch + a bit of stable diffusion locally), m4 air handled all of it fine

What sorcery is lenovo using to make the thinkpad this efficient?

Where is it effective? My M1 and M3 Pro consume around ~20 mW at idle, whereas my Ryzen 5 5600U used about ~2.2 W. The Notebookcheck data only showed 1.5 W for that ThinkPad. From my experience, these were realistic data for the Core Ultra 200V. When a Ryzen CPU draws more power at idle, you won’t f
