Apple refurbished mini 6 price worth it?

I picked up a refurbished iPad mini 6 (64GB) a while back for around $330. For what you’re planning, YouTube, Netflix, movies, it’s honestly great. The size makes it super easy to hold, and it still runs everything smooth. Mine came looking basically brand new and still gets updates with no issues.

HELP! I just got an Apple Pencil secondhand and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make pressure sensitivity work.

The “Pressure Sensitivity“ of Apple Pencil 2nd gen can only be used on supported drawing/sketching apps like ProCreate and the like, but not in Notes app. Pressure Sensitivity on the Apple Pencil 2nd gen is app-dependent. The effectiveness of the pressure sensitivity relies on the individual app. Ap

iPad a16 - casual editing in LR

I've editted on an iPad Mini 6, which had an A15 chip. The experience with an Apple Pencil was really good, and overall speed was fast - just be wary of importing a ton of photos at once. It gets my photos 80-90% of the way, which is plenty enough for quick social media posts and sharing

IOS 26 ruines every device that its touches from the IPhone all the way down to the Apple watch.

I guess the experience varies from person to person. For me personally, iOS 26 has ruined my phone. I have never had so much trouble using my phone. Same with my Apple Watch. iOS 18 wasn't great either, it had its issues, & I would know because I installed the first beta of both iOS 18 & 26, & I can

iPad mini 6

The mini is a cute little iPad, but it’s not really for you. You already have a similar performing iPad The Air 4’s performance is only like 10% less than that of the iPad Mini 6th gen. So, taking the mini while you already have the Air 4 is a no brainer to me. iPad mini isn’t a good choice for note

Arcade edition lagging

What iPad model do you have? I get a lot of stuttering upon initial loading on my old 2020 iPad Pro (A12Z/6GB), iPad mini 6 (A15/4GB) and Apple TV 4K (A15/4GB). It runs pretty smooth on the 2024 iPad Pro (M4/16GB) and iPad mini 7 (A17 Pro/8GB).

Which tablet to buy?

As for suggesting ipads, while it is true they are fantastic, and the apple chips are unrivaled, some caveats that frustrated me when I bought the 64gb mini after all the hype for on-the-go editing- everyone kept saying you could just stick an SSD for storage. No one mentioned that the SSDs drain th

Dreamlight Valley - Apple TV 4K Gen 2 tvOS 18.5

Apple TV 4K Gen 2: A12, 3GB RAM Apple TV 4K Gen 3: A15, 4GB RAM Nintendo Switch: Tegra X1, 4GB RAM I've played on the Apple TV 4K Gen 3 and it crashed a lot even there. Meanwhile, no crashes on a similarly specced iPad mini 6 so there's probably some things Apple should fix with tvOS or Gameloft sho

Apple Arcade - iPads

Don't bother with the AppleTV. It's only playable on the latest model and even that crashes a lot. There's been rumors every year about updated ATV hardware but so far nothing. For handheld/touchscreen gaming, I prefer the iPad mini's size. If you use a controller, then 11" or 13". Honestly, the gam
