Best job for someone with ADHD

Different responder, but I actually bought a kindle scribe a few years ago and it's been a huge help. I keep a running, written list of specific things that need to be completed that week. "x report due, submit expense report, do this, do that" As mentioned above, something about writing out what ne

Why i dont reccomend kindle scribe to ANYONE.

I absolutely don't want any other apps. The entire reason I reach for my Scribe is that I want some disconnected, undisturbed peace with a good book. I've owned Kindles for years and I've hardly bought any books from the Amazon Kindle store. I get ebooks elsewhere, convert them with Calibre if neede

Kobo Libra Colour vs Kindle Colorsoft – Which would you keep?

Ive used both (not the colorsoft but the paperwhite and the scribe) and I'd go with the kobo. For me, the closed ecosystem cancels out most of the positives of the kindle. I hate wearing golden handcuffs.

[UPDATE v2.0] ReKindle - A fully-featured OS replacement for your Kindle/E-Ink browser

I know I'm the minority but I actually purchased my Kindle Scribe almost entirely to be used as a productivity tablet - for notetaking, to-do lists, drawing, marking up documents etc. So this is for others like me, enabling cross-device syncing and some other cool features! I purchased the Kindle Sc

How Do I Make Calibre Not Compress Images When Converting?

It isn't. KFX is gonna be the best format for comics and manga on Kindle. You need to do a little extra work but IMO it is worth it. You want to extract the images from the cbz by renaming the file to .zip. Then using Kindle Create you want to create a comic file using those extracted images. Use th

Do you all stick to Notion for notes, or mix other tools too?

Notion is my main Idea Storage Place/To Do. I use Readwise/Reader with integration to filter web/pdf content for nuggets to remember or tie into existing ideas. My Kindle Scribe syncs with Readwise. My Apple Notes gets Imported once a year. I use Apple Cal, Google Cal, and Notion Cal, but it is real

Remarkable VS the new Kindle Scribe 2025 with frontlight

I’ve got the Scribe and both RMPP and Move (gave the RM2 to a friend). If you insist on one device you’re going to be settling for a sub-par experience on either note-taking or book-reading. The Scribe is the best e-reader I’ve ever used and is at best “blah” as a note-taking device. The Remarkable

Remarkable vs Kindle Scribe

I’ve used both the Kindle Scribe and Remarkable 2, so here’s my take: Kindle ScribeBest for reading with some note-taking. Great for Kindle books and PDFs but not much for advanced note capabilities. Remarkable 2 → Best for writing and sketching. Feels more paper-like (marketing isn’t lying) but

Best e-reader under $100? Including used options

Woot.com has great refurbished units occasionally. Look for the 32gb versions of the PW, it is the signature edition but labeled as a regular unit. I got one recently for $69. If you dont care about ads and can do with less storage, the 8gb goes for $40-50. Scratch &dent units are actually in quite

Remarkable 2 vs. Amazon Scribe v. Any other suggestions

I have the rM2 and the Scribe, and the rM2 is the one I use daily. IMO it's a much more capable note-taking device– I would only recommend the Scribe over it if you read a lot on the Kindle store (as your primary use), or your really need the backlight. I wrote up a comparison post based on my exper
