Best job for someone with ADHD
Different responder, but I actually bought a kindle scribe a few years ago and it's been a huge help. I keep a running, written list of specific things that need to be completed that week. "x report due, submit expense report, do this, do that" As mentioned above, something about writing out what ne

Did anyone buy the new kindle scribe? I’d love to hear thoughts on what you like better on each
I actually did and received mine yesterday, and the Scribe is going back to Amazon today. Background: I owned a RM2 for a few years, fell in love with the device and bought the RMPP on day 1. I've been less enamored with RMPP as there are a lot more little things that annoy me about it, but still us

ADHD impulse buying: what is one purchase that you DO NOT regret?
Similarly, my kindle scribe. I’m still not a huge reader (I wasn’t consistently as a kid either), but I now read a lot more frequently. Also I loooove drawing/writing on it, and particularly being able to easily annotate pdfs etc. I swear, I’m so gutted I am no longer studying. I would have been so

[UPDATE v2.0] ReKindle - A fully-featured OS replacement for your Kindle/E-Ink browser
I know I'm the minority but I actually purchased my Kindle Scribe almost entirely to be used as a productivity tablet - for notetaking, to-do lists, drawing, marking up documents etc. So this is for others like me, enabling cross-device syncing and some other cool features! I purchased the Kindle Sc

If you're a university student thinking about buying a Remarkable tablet DON'T
This is more a case of you wanting features that are not included in the Remarkable and have been left out for a very specific reason. You are likely better off with taking notes on a regular tablet like an iPad. The Remarkable fits a pretty narrow slice of the digital note taking market and if you

Do you all stick to Notion for notes, or mix other tools too?
Notion is my main Idea Storage Place/To Do. I use Readwise/Reader with integration to filter web/pdf content for nuggets to remember or tie into existing ideas. My Kindle Scribe syncs with Readwise. My Apple Notes gets Imported once a year. I use Apple Cal, Google Cal, and Notion Cal, but it is real

To those of you who have 2 e-readers, why do you keep both and what do you use each one for?
I have a Kindle Scribe and a Kindle Paperwhite. I keep the Scribe on my bedside table, and it only leaves the house if I’m flying somewhere. It’s got a bigger screen and note-taking ability for when I read before bed. The paperwhite stays in my backpack, which comes with me most places. I’ll read on

Remarkable VS the new Kindle Scribe 2025 with frontlight
I’ve got the Scribe and both RMPP and Move (gave the RM2 to a friend). If you insist on one device you’re going to be settling for a sub-par experience on either note-taking or book-reading. The Scribe is the best e-reader I’ve ever used and is at best “blah” as a note-taking device. The Remarkable

Remarkable vs Kindle Scribe
I’ve used both the Kindle Scribe and Remarkable 2, so here’s my take: Kindle Scribe → Best for reading with some note-taking. Great for Kindle books and PDFs but not much for advanced note capabilities. Remarkable 2 → Best for writing and sketching. Feels more paper-like (marketing isn’t lying) but

Tried the Remarkable2 and the new Kindle Scribe side by side for a month
I have the RMPP for note taking at work and the small kindle colorsoft just for reading. I wanted to want the new colorsoft scribe, but I had the RMPP and it has served me well, so why change. I enjoy writing on it.
