Did anyone buy the new kindle scribe? I’d love to hear thoughts on what you like better on each

I actually did and received mine yesterday, and the Scribe is going back to Amazon today. Background: I owned a RM2 for a few years, fell in love with the device and bought the RMPP on day 1. I've been less enamored with RMPP as there are a lot more little things that annoy me about it, but still us

Did anyone buy the new kindle scribe? I’d love to hear thoughts on what you like better on each

I did. I bought a Paper Pro on release day and have been using it daily for work and leisure since then. After two days with the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft, I feel like throwing the Paper Pro in the trash. Well not really, but the new Scribe is so much better in nearly every way that's important to me,

What the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft Means for reMarkable: They Need Better Software ASAP

Amazon is not trying to compete with reMarkable. I’m told that, at the launch event for the new Kindle Scribes, Amazon’s own representatives were making comparisons to reMarkable devices. It’s certainly the case that reviewers and consumers are generally considering the new Scribe Colorsoft as a dir

Thinking of buying a Boox Tab X C

I've owned a Tab XC but sold it. My recommendation would be to cut out a piece of cardboard the size of the tablet for reference so you can judge whether it's too big. I loved it overall but I also own a Note Max, which I kept. Both 13.3 inch screens. I really like that size for PDFs and reading mag

I have an e-reader addiction... I think?

We don’t know which ones work best for you, but in your place, if I had those five specific devices, I’d keep the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft (large screen, colour when needed) and the Boox Go 7 (reasonably well-designed and well-built Android with the flexibility of using any store or library or readin

Just got my Nxtpaper Note A1. AMA

Received mine yesterday. Like everyone else, no tracking number in advance. In So Cal, Backer# in the low 1900's, filled out survey in first 15-20 minutes. Some initial notes/thoughts: Pro's: Quality of screen is amazing, colors are bright, crisp and vivid but not eye-straining. They did a great job

If you had/tried a remarkable and went with something else, what was it?

I actually came from Kindle Scribe. Scribe is much lighter and thinner, much faster and more responsive, better at reading books with proper Chinese support. Note export is awful, pen stroke in export are pixelated. Will try Kindle Scribe Colorsoft when it’s released.

I love kobo’s UI, love the statistics, love the size for portability, love that I can annotate directly on the pages of the book and it doesn’t create

My Supernote Manta vs Kindle Scribe Comparison and Remarkable Paperpro and IPad thoughts

I have noticed that the new Kindle Scribe Colorsoft has a new home screen with some note improvements (from screenshots I've seen). Hoping that they've added some features to the new lineup to help with the organization. I haven't watched any hands-on videos all the way through, but the improvements

I need a tablet for reading and PDF editing

Kindle scribe colorsoft is pretty great and they finally allowed to upload your own pdf's as of recently. I usually don't like kindles due it's closed ecosystem but for pdf reading and editing it's probably the best device on the market now. Just note that it's a specialized device for reading and w
