Kindle Scribe Colorsoft

The weird thing is I don't think the Kindle is a loss-leader for Amazon anymore. I really wanted a Kindle Scribe Colorsoft, but $700 is a tough pill to swallow when iPad Air costs far less. The weird part for me is that I'll prefer a regular book over Kindle for most cases. But I'd love a Kindle Scribe/Colorsoft Scribe because I can easily get large print or take notes. But again...$700? Yeah....No.

Me too. There's options but way too expensive like the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft or remarkable Paper Pro or the Boox Air 3 C or Ultra C Pro. Hopefully in a few years the big one will be more accessible.

I have the Scribe 2024, and chose the NA5C over the Scribe Colorsoft and am glad I did. It does far more for a lower price than the Colorsoft and has expandable memory. I use it way more than my kindles now, and it takes over some of the things I would need to switch to my iPad for.
