Each to their own. I like to see my comics in colour and I've never once been in a room where the backlight has felt too dim. I will however be a gatekeeper and proudly state that the Clara Colour is still significantly better value than the Kindle Colorsoft; extra storage, wireless charging, and no

Haven't made the switch at all, but I had a Libra 2 for 3 years and currently waiting on my KLC. I've held plenty of kindles in the last few years. When buying a new ereader, I didn't even consider kindle since you're stuck in the Amazon ecosystem. Aside from kindle unlimited, I don't see any advant

You can’t pull books from a Colorsoft into Calibre. If you own a Kindle which is 11th gen or newer, your only option is to use Kindle for PC. (I know you’re on a Mac. So am I, but Kindle for Mac isn’t an option.) You do not use an older version of Kindle for PC. You follow the method that is repeate

Honestly, you just think you want to read comics on e-ink. Realistically, it's not really there yet. and a 6" or 7" reader is just too small, you would want an 8' color tablet at a minimum, in my opinion. Some will say a 7" reader is good enough, but it seems tiny to me. A tablet is still the best f

I’d love to take a look when I’m back on a computer. I don’t care what you’ve built it in as long as you’ve tested it and have the knowledge to go over and make sure it’s not vulnerability prone or you know, non functional. Does it connect up with Prowlarr or is it fully isolated? Also, any idea of

If you’re planning to use PDFs, skip the Kindle Scribe Colorsoft. I had all my comics and magazines in PDF, tried importing via USB, and lost all the colors. And the “Send to Kindle” option has a 200MB limit which is just annoying. I use the Paper Pro exclusively for comics and magazines since it’s

I got the Kindle scribe colorsoft. But for what I do for a living I wish I could load up a large (D size) PDF and zoom in to mark up with color and not have the scale of the pen size be so thick. I'm thinking maybe I should have gone for something else. What e ink would have satisfied this unique ne

Is it still possible to sideload old kindles via USB? I remember it being tricky and discontinued on the newest 12th Gen kindles but if the older ones can still sideload via USB, the Kindle for PC workaround should still work. With kindle for PC, you can download the DRM-free ebook sent to the Amazo
