If BioCharge and advanced navigation from the Pro version don’t come to the regular T-Rex 3 via updates, I’ll sell mine without hesitation and never touch Amazfit again. A flagship product abandoned just a year after release, limited on purpose by software. Next year T-Rex 4 will come out with new f

Kinda having buyer's remorse
I wouldn't blindly trust Amazfit's metrics. I've had some amazfit watches, and my dad has a t Rex 3... Several reviewers noticed high sleep scores even though they slept poorly and drank a lot before bed. Although Garmin is not a reference in health metrics such as sleep, I still prefer to use them

Hey Amazfit's team : thanks for the T-Rex 3 fw update ! But...
Finally a good question! Everyone is hung up on non-important biocharge but main functionality feature such as route creation on a watch and POI search remain ignored. Amazfit has no plans to give those features to T-rex 3 users, although they initially at T-rex 3 Pro release said that they would gi

I was taken aback when they wrote that, for the BioCharge section, they wrote for the T-Rex 3, Not supported. I mean technically, this is true, but when taken in this context, it makes it sound like it's not coming to the original T-Rex 3, just to make the T-Rex 3 Pro look like a much more enticing

Amazfit T-Rex Pro 3 Review: An Underrated Champion
You forgot to mention bugs and inconsistencies in algorithm, even crashes when using navigation/routing features. Also, display is fingerprint magnet that makes it less readable in some scenarios. It is good watch but far from final and stable product that competes with big league watches, which mak

Amazfit T-Rex Pro 3 Review: An Underrated Champion
I did not say Amazfit is similar to Garmin. If you used Garmin Fenix or Forerunner 965 you would now how far Amazfit is from those watches. Nevertheless, Amazfit tried to offer alternative, but failed at several key aspects: very short product support (even shorter than Garmin's) navigation problems

The Amazfit T-Rex 3 Pro Is Like a Cheap Garmin That Doesn't Work
It's hard to disagree with this review. It's quite superficial, but it perfectly reflects the current state of Amazfit watches. They're trying to implement everything possible and pack in as many features as they can, but those features are unfinished and work poorly. The main advantage of the T-Rex

Stair count incredibly inaccurate on Balance 2?
Thank you for posting this. I have a T-Rex 3 that has had an ongoing issue that, while Amazfit has been responsive on, has not resolved the issue. Your numbers also correlate with my tests (I live in a 3 story house and often log 30 flights in a day), but when compared to my Garmin Fenix 7X Pro Sola

Affordable Hiking Smartwatch Recommendation?
Personally, I found maps on a watch mostly useless. I've had a Garmin Fenix 5x and I currently have an Amazfit T-Rex 3. The screen is too small to see any real details. I had to constantly zoom in to see any details that were near, then zoom back out so I could see just a little bit further ahead. E

Amazfit GTR - GPS (in)accuracy is horrible
You must take the Balance 2 or the T-Rex 3 Pro to have correct GPS tracking. Other watches are worthless. For information, the Amazfit algorithm always gives less distance than the Garmins (which are the best), a difference of -0.20%.
