Balance 2: beautifull and useless

While I agree that software and map experience can be improved, especially maps detail, POI, saved location handling, etc., I do not agree it is that bad. I am using Garmin Fenix 7 also, and experience with Amazift T-rex 3 is much better, more fluid, customizable, easier to transfer GPX path and nav

Is the T-Rex 3 Pro that bad?

Actually, this article does a good job of pointing out many of the same concerns users have mentioned here. Amazfit really nails the hardware, but the software still needs work to deliver a smoother overall experience. That said, I don’t have the T-Rex 3 Pro — I use the Balance 2, Active 2, and Heli

Switching from Garmin

Long time Garmin user here, Fenix 8 now. I got an T-Rex 3 pro a few weeks ago to test it. I was very surprised by how good it was. I made a list of my own (subjective) pros and cons. I don't list things that are pretty similar, just the differences that mattered to me: Pros amazfit: No forced sleep

New Update for T-Rex 3 Pro (4.3.8 2)

u/ImpossibleMixture667 I'm the creator of that thread. I completely share the frustration about the issues and bugs but the thing is that it seems there's (finally) an important change in the very latest updates they are applying. I.E. It's a lot of time I'm reporting the speed/cadence sensor issue

Finally very good update for T-Rex 3Pro

I was so excited so I forget to screenshot the whole update. There are 6 or 7 points. One is switch for Bluetooth disconnection alert, There are improvements on the map. It looks better than before on the already installed map so I am downloading a new map to see if there are other improvements. The

I love the T-Rex 3 Pro SO MUCH!!

My T-rex 3 pro is much more accurate in sleep tracking than Garmin Fenix 7. Inaccurate sleep tracking in Garmin makes its body battery and recovery metrics inaccurate as well. Amazfit imrpvoed significantly its sleep tracking by software updates, it is now much better than before. That said, I do no

Returning the T-Rex 3 Pro . Same issues as ever

What do you mean "euro increase"? The watch costs 400 eur total. ESim - I am glad T-rex 3 pro does not have, it would just increase price and many people so not need it, including me. HR on my T rex 3 works great, even more accurately than on Fenix 7. T rex 3 pro should be the same. Moreover, Garmin

Switch from garmin

Long time, lousy runner (~120 km per month, 6'20" average pace these days), former owner of Fenix 6, 7 and Forerunner 965, switched to T-Rex 3 pro + Helio strap (I like wearing mechanical watches) and I like to think that I get the most out of my equipment. The only thing I don't use is navigating w

AW7 died around 35 km today. what are you using for best battery on long treks?

I love my AW7 but only gripe is the battery! Was eyeing for Apple Ultra series but dont really wanna buy that expensive watch that only lasts about 2 days. Garmin has better battery but UI and software are supposed to be nowhere near as apples watches. Now looking for alternatives like Amazfit T Rex

Amazfit makes it official Cheetah 2 Pro

I don't know, we are not talking Fenix 8 or Fenix 8 Pro pricing here. This is absolutely middle-class when you look at the reference, which is Garmin. They offer their medium-level watches at this price point. So does Coros. It feels to me like the "shock" of Amazfit trying to establish higher price
