Once again Amazfit promoting the Helio Strap with a band and case you cant get 😃👌

Over 4 months since its release and we cant even get a replacement band. I was loving Amazfit so much but they have dropped the ball on this so fk hard... It doesnt make any sense why they are holding this for so long

i know the problem are the little pins that connect the strap with the sensor and the material of the strap.. but idk how to fix this.

I’ve been dealing with a helio strap that either is defective, or the software is unusable. On multiple occasions it has doubled my sleeping heart rate, which throws off the biocharge, making it functionally useless. I’ll wake up with 9% of my exertion score complete!

Hey everyone!

Noticed that the heart rate doesn’t update for a few hours after the winter time zone switch, even tho it shows the momentarily one. Anyone encountered that? Cleaned the sensor, tried repairing the band, restarted both phone and band.

I recently bought the Helio strap to try something similar to Whoop.

I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong, but Zepp doesn’t seem to be able to read workout data from other sources like Apple Health or Strava.
