Helio Strap

Once again Amazfit promoting the Helio Strap with a band and case you cant get 😃👌

Over 4 months since its release and we cant even get a replacement band. I was loving Amazfit so much but they have dropped the ball on this so fk hard... It doesnt make any sense why they are holding this for so long

Anybody of you have the same Problem and know how to fix it?

i know the problem are the little pins that connect the strap with the sensor and the material of the strap.. but idk how to fix this.

Hello, I’ve had the strap for a week now and wondered if mine has a quality problem or if it’s a general issues that the band creaks and crackles when moving the wrist. Does yours do that too? I really hope we might geht a band with an aluminum housing soon.

We are waiting for them all. The current strap is very durable but not comfortable. It needs to be at least a little elastic. But now Amazfit can't even cover Helio's demand, maybe they don't even think about the straps.
