I don't wanna be a hater, but an Amazfit mi band 10 would be epic, with continuous heart rate, heart abnormalities, hrv and all the zepp functions.... Can you trust the Amazfit Bip 6 stress readings?
I don't have a BIP 6, but an Active 3 and Helio strap.
