I just created a new PipBoy for Xiaomi Mi Band 10 based on the version from Mi Band 7 by .Kosmik :) I hope you like it because I had a bit of trouble with it (it's my first watch face). I tried to replicate it as accurately as possible.

I used to use band 7 and it had so many good watchface, even if paid, they were really cheap for example this one where you can see both step count and distance.

From what I’ve understood, at least in my team this year, regardless of an individual’s performance, the budget was distributed equally across all members.

For example, if each person received a €4K hike, that translates to roughly:

• ~3% for a Band 8
• ~4% for a Band 7
• ~5% for a Ba
