Mi Band 5 – 4 years of use
Hi everyone, I’ve been using my Mi Band 5 daily for almost 5 years. Recently, the screen started coming off, but I managed to glue it back with B-7000 and it still works (even though it looks a bit rough 😅 – see pics). After the glue dried, I removed the excess, and now it’s holding pretty well.

Best wearables for the poors?
Garmin Vivosmart 5 is probably the sweet spot —> continuous HR on screen, no subscription for anything (Garmin Connect is fully free unlike Fitbit Premium), and custom HR alerts are great for pacing. Usually around $150 If that's still too much, the Amazfit Band 7 at ~$50 does on-screen HR with no s

ESP Results 2025 – A Really Terrible Performance Matrix
Hello team,
From what I’ve understood, at least in my team this year, regardless of an individual’s performance, the budget was distributed equally across all members.
For example, if each person received a €4K hike, that translates to roughly:
- ~3% for a Band 8
- ~4% for a Band 7
- ~5% for a Ba

Opting out of new fitbit update? Alternatives?
I bought an Amazfit Band 7 for $35 from Amazon. I've had it for six months. It does everything my Fitbit Luxe does and more. No AI. No subscriptions. No Google crap.It has an app called Zepp.

Looking for a fitbit replacement
I just got an Amazfit Band 7 ($50) and it's been great so far. I also came from a Charge 6 after getting fed up with the app interface. If you prefer a more watch like one the Amazfit Bip 6 is not much more expensive and has GPS I think.

My grandma has dementia and forgot to use her panic button twice in the last month
Can you set up cameras in her house ? If she will allow that, it would be great. When my mother was just beginning to fall and be weird... I got her an Amazfit Band 7 watch. It only needs to be charged once a week, and can be worn in the shower. It's also cheap... at $45. I would log in to her accou

Smart watch for health tracking: what options are best?
We have loved the amazfit band 7 and use it with our pixel phone - cheap, pretty accurate, and tracks the data you are asking about. The screen is also bright so you can see it outdoors easily in contrast to the fitbit when we had them.

Bye bye Fitbit (10 years)
I'm sick of Fitbit and their drama too. I'm looking at the Amazfit Band 7, since I don't want all the smartwatch features. My Fitbit Luxe stopped working after two years. When I researched the problem, I saw posts going back YEARS. So Fitbit kept selling a device they knew to be defective. Plus I'm

Can't decide between Band 7 and Helio Strap
I want something for health measuring, heart, sleep stress, they both have these features but what's really the difference except for the price?
I like Helio Strap because it has no screen and I'm trying to not look at the screen all the time which I'm afraid Band 7 is gonna do.
I like that Band 7

Fitbit Air name emerges as Google’s screenless band takes shape
Idk. An Amazfit band 7 has an AMOLED screen for $50 you don't need to pay for zepp app premium functions it does all the basics for free.
