I need help it been doing this for an hour I factory reset it and everything

Alienware 16 Aurora laptop constantly stuttering and crashing every now and then.
I have had nothing but issues for 6 months with my Aurora 16 laptop. Problems started just 3 weeks into getting the laptop.
