I work for Alen and the flex is a solid unit. No smart features, just plug it in, turn it in and let it run. They're pretty bulletproof.

Returned it. I got an Alen flex purifier instead and it’s great! I need up 3 refinished for only $200 total and they work great!

A lot of air purifiers under 200 dollars or so might break within a year or two. They dont make things like they used to. (The warranty is often only 12 months so that should tell you something.) I've had multiple brand purifiers fail or have problems within 6-14 months. I don't think it is unique t
