BeyerDynamic DT770 Pro / DT990 Pro Sennheiser HD25–1 II / Plus AKG K702 Audio-Technica ATH M50x You can't be wrong with any of this or the other options in the comments. Then it's up to you, if you prefer opened or closed headphones, how does it fit to your head... I've got the Audio-Technica

Recommendations for advanced classical player
I can't vouch that their digital piano will feel like an acoustic, but since they did sample their own instrument It should sound close with decent headphones. I do recommend you lean towards over the ear (for best comfort) open back headphones. Closed back and noise canceling headphones tend to fee

Rate my setup so far. Still working on it ! (Share ideas if you have any suggestions)
Corsair Virtuoso XT The mic quality and dual connectivity are definitely the best features of it, but using these long term hurts my head (maybe a me problem). I find the headset to be quite heavy, hence why I don't use it as much. Sound quality is lacking for me, not the best. Comes with Dolby Atmo

Gamer mit Brille, wie zum Teufel tragt ihr eure Kopfhörer?

The weight of the Audeze
I think its the headband. I have AKG k702 and I had to add soft pads to the headband cause it would hurt my scalp and these are really light headphones. with soft pad I can wear them forever and I will never get any pain.

But i bet you havent tried any proper headphone like sennheiser HD600 or akg k702 or any one that in par with these. Aft

What Are Your Go To Headphones for Mixing?
My first headphones for mixing were the AKG K240 MkII. I still use them sometimes. I found a mint condition AKG K702 that's currently my go-to. I bought a coil cord to pair with it for easier cable management. They're a bit better fitting for me than my 240s, but I do have to be mindful of the bass

Mic and speaker setup
Quality of a proper mic will be better and more sensitive. You can also carry on using the mic if you do want to use headphones. Fyi - i cant wear firm fitting headphones as they cause me migraines. Try a akg k702. The are big over ear headphones and really look pressure. I used to use them with mic
