My ISP uses CGNAT and torrents just don't download at all — any advice?
You could use a VPN that supports port forwarding, like AirVPN or Proton. That'll get around the CGNAT. You should use a VPN for torrents anyway.

Consider changing to vpn that allows port forwarding, e.g. Proton or AirVPN (more configurable). Cheapest during Black Friday if you can wait.

Quick question about Qbit+Gluetun.
I have done this same setup with air vpn because they give you 5 ports that don’t change. Been doing this for a few years now with no problems at all.
