Looking to start doing home recording. Any recommendations on equipment, mics ect? Thanks in advance!

Soundproofing is unnecessary unless you need to limit noise between your playing area and the rest of the house. What you need is treatment for that space which is usually a mix of absorption and reflection, but in confined space I'd lean more towards absorption. Packing blankets are very cost-effec

Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 Standalone DJ Controller + DM-40D Speaker

Honestly, unless your set on buying new I'd avoid. Even then you could get better new. The DM 40D are complete non starter (e-waste). For 2k, instead: You could pick up a pair of CDJ 2000 nxs 1's on marketplace for £1.4/5k (not my listing, just an example: https://www.facebook.com/share/1Dz1CezEUw/)

Monitor Upgrade Recommendations

The ADAM Audio monitors sound amazing for the price, something like a pair of T7V would be a solid upgrade for around $500 all in.

Seeking Stereo Setup for 28m² Living Room - Wall Placement

I’ve taken note of your reservations and accept the challenge. For around €1,500, you can get an entry-level amp like the WiiM Amp Ultra (ASR; subwoofer output, comprehensive EQ with sufficient power) and a pair of ELAC BS 312s (Hifi Voice). In my experience, these are the only bookshelf speakers th

I need help with building a computer setup.

I second Adam Audio. I don't have personal experience with the D3V's but I do use their T7V's as my primary speakers for freelance video production and hobbyist music-making and have been extremely happy. I hear nothing but good things about the D3V for their size and price point.

PLEASE HELP

I love Genelec and own 12 of their speakers. If I were buying - yes the 8010 are what I’d get because they’re Genelec. But if you like bass, there are better speakers for the money. ADAM audio T7V is great value for example. For just a desktop speaker and casual use, the 8010 is probably the best sp
