August 2025 update

Many thanks! They're Adam Audio T5V's with a T10S subwoofer. You can play audio just fine at lower volumes, but maybe leave out the subwoofer then. The sub is not a good idea in an appartment...

Need help putting together a starter kit of sorts...

You're very welcome. If you want some that plays a bit louder, there's the Adam T5V or T7V but they'll be more expensive, by themselves and also because you'll need to get an audio interface/DAC (ex. Focusrite, Motu, Topping, JDS Labs, etc.).
