Same, OP. Acer Swift 3 with 4gb ram rin laptop ko, buhay pa rin sya ngayon. Pinalitan ko lang ng SSD plus nag-add lang ako ng additional 8gb ram so total 12gb ram. Ang problem naman dito ay battery. No, it's not. My laptop (acer swift 3 sf314-511) had about 10 hours of battery life when new. I wager that it's a Windows problem.
