I have questions about this model
Dont buy it esp with the ongoing issue with nvidia drivers. Get something other brands. I have the neo 2023 and software and drivers seem to a big conflict accross neo line up and some helios 18 AI as well this 2025. Pure trash products from acer.

3-4 weeks chasing a Win11 25H2 BSOD always in `nt!ExpPoolTrackerChargeEntry+0x40`. 20+ dumps say same bug, all hardware tests clean. Out of ideas - help please.
I've been suffering for nearly a year with this and have tried everything to alleviate my issue. My system crashed 22 times overnight. I've got an Acer Predator Helios 18 AI with the dreaded 275hx. Would I do the same with Acer to patch this bug with a BIOS update?

Yes my Acer predator Helios 18" 4090 started out beeping, after that it gave me all kinds of problems and eventually it stopped working. It just does a boot loop when it decides it wants to turn on.
