Is the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16S AI (RTX 5060) actually good? Any real issues from owners?
If you're after a laptop just stay away from ACER. Support is a joke and as previously mentioned they locked all bios from 2023 onwards, so no undervolting. Their liquid metal application is bad and so people have replaced with PTM7590. You will need a good laptop cooler to fight the throttle. It's
