Dont go for OLED if main goal is coding. Text clarity is just ok at 4k and even worse at 1440p. Look for mini led for a compromise like Acer Nitro XV275K although its 27 inch. I have not owned that monitor. I've owned a VA panel before, the Acer Z321QU, and it was great. No smearing or ghosting.
