I'm from Germany too. For AMD, you would at least need an RDNA 2 iGPU, 680M, 760M or better/newer. Recently had my hands on an Acer Aspire Go 15 with an R7-7735HS, 680M for 549€. Good specs but I returned it due to intense coil whine. You could get other Acer models with an R5-8640HS, 760M for 599€
