8bitdo makes nice controllers. I've had an 8bitdo pro 2 and it's been working without issues for almost 4 years now.

Best controller for SF6 on Switch 2: 8BitDo Pro 3 or Ultimate 2?
So I have a pro 2 and 3. They’re quite different. The pro 2 is a little more lenient and mushy, so I can rol the thumb pretty easily. However, the pro 3 is very clickh and tight.
