What controller would you recommend?
Your controller is very good already. If you want a different dpad that doesn't break the bank, try a DS4 for a cross shape or an 8bitdo M30 for Sega Genesis style. Leverless is "optimal", but unintuitive for some people (me included). Arcade Sticks are hella fun, but expensive.

Does anyone own the Sega Genesis mini?
I think it is a great little device, and was a good purchase as new. Now for $120 criminally overpriced. All other options are far better value for money: buy the original plus an all-in cart for far less any low cost device, or old PC/laptop with an 8bitdo M30 controller for far less Anbernic RG Ar

Has anyone bought this controllers?
Idk what console you use so definitely make sure it works with before getting it but a portable and good controller for about the same price is 8bitdos M30 I use mine for switch/pc/phone since it can fit in my pocket or game bag. They also offer a Xbox version not sure about Playstation though.

Controllers for mister setup
Personally I use:-4x 8bitdo M30 (6 button Genesis/Saturn games + arcade fighters and if they were 8 button instead of 6 I just map the shoulders)-4x 8bitdo ultimate 2c (everything else)-2x RS3 Lightguns-1x Fightbox R10 Pro (Spinner and Trackball controller) And I'm looking into maybe getting a racin

[Sega genesis mini] Should I get a regular three button controller, or a new six button one?
The 8bitdo m30 is a fantastic 6 button controller, and it's cheap to boot. You'd need the 2.4ghz version. Obligatory warning that 8bitdo has shit support, so buy from somewhere with a good return policy if interested.

Meu cantinho do Master System
Better D-Pad and easier, cheaper to find. I personally play my SMS with an 8Bitdo M30 or a Krikzz controller.

How is the Genesis 6 Button Controller for Street Fighter? Thoughts?
8bitdo M30 xbox edition is worth the extra ten bucks. even a Saturn controller would be somewhat better than Genesis. Genesis is a great pad but it has no shoulder buttons.

Looking to buy a new controller specifically for fighting games, like Avatar Fighters. Any recommendations? I want to get into using the D-pad more.
8bitdo m30, it does very well especially for how cheap it is compare to other controller. The pad get some getting used to especially for 623 and 63214. For avatar, the only motion I have issue with as katara is the ice slide into high jump while doing a combo. Should be fine after a few days. I'd s

Just finished beating my first game with the Alpakka controller's gyro. Pragmata.
(Yeah, of course buying cheap dedicated SEGA-styled 8bitdo m30 for retro fightings would eliminate the need for [5], but I want to unclutter my TV table, and one open-source highly customizable appliance which is able to replace 4 devices at once - 8bitdo pro 2 for most games, 8bitdo m30 for retro f
