Apparently we have to drag all this stuff with us on every road trip. Even a short 2 day trip.

1Zpresso Q Air is only $70 and works almost as well, plus it's small and lightweight and will nest inside an aeropress. Here's my travel kit which includes that grinder, Aeropress, and a travel kettle. https://imgur.com/a/IG5qLG4

Advice on buying a Hand Grinder

Unless you're madly fixated on manually grinding for all methods, I'd actually suggest you go for a hand grinder for pourovers along with an electric grinder for espresso. Trust me, I tried all manual ages ago. It wasn't fun for long. As for grinder recommendations... You could start with a Timemore

Are there any cheap hand grinders that are better than the expensive professional grinders?

Kingrinder K6 is a beast, and the external adjustment is very convenient. 1zpresso Q heptagonal (or Q air for a cheaper model) are both solid. I'd argue the K6 offers more for the money, but the Q is more compact if that matters, and personally I think 1zpresso gear has a little more of a premium fe

Aeropress Coffee Grinder?!

Very expensive for something that probably won't be better than the Q2 from 1zpresso which already fits inside an AeroPress. And like I said in another thread, even if it has better burrs than the Q2, it won't be better enough to be noticable using an AeroPress which is mostly an immersion brewer, a

Should I get the AAshonee PrimeGrind instead of the TIMEMORE Chestnut C3S and save remaining for beans. Read body

Neither. I would get the 1zpresso Q Air instead. Prime Day sale will be up in July, I got crazy discounts on Timemore last year, got C3S for ~4600

Which purchase will most improve my experience?

A manual hand grinder like the 1zpresso Q Air which is exceptionally good for its price is going to give the most improvement. Also pair it with the cheap plastic v60 for light to ultra light roasts and cofermented roasts

Helpppp!! What are the reviews of such espresso machines? Starting off as a beginner.

If you are a beginner , I don't think you should consider espresso machines . Assuming you want to make milk drinks , a kaldipress should be more than good enough , I use one daily and it makes really delicious coffee if you know a little bit about the brewer . Also by buying a kaldipress , will ope

Moka with freshly ground beans

Since you are committed to the Moka pot and are venturing into grinding fresh… I’d recommend going to a higher quality grinder. A KINGrinder K6 would be ideal, but they have less expensive models as well. A 1Zpresso Q air is cheaper and more suited. Also… grind finer. I too was using the moka pot fo

Budget Beginner Coffee Setup?

Buy a 3 cup bialetti. Buy pre ground coffee until you save up enough for kingrinder P2 or 1zpresso q air. I like to drink a medium dark roast from moka pot with 1-2 spoons of condensed milk. Bold and chocolatey cup with nice mouthfeel

Help...hand grinders, super overwhelmed

I'd consider the 1Zpresso Q Air. It's in your price range, going to be more than adequate for a step-up from Keurig, and becomes a fantastic travel/camping set-up tucked into an AeroPress if you ever decide to upgrade.
