Electrolyte powders
Electrolytes are quite literally salts that our body needs. If you’re looking for something does not taste salty, u are more like to run into products that are overloaded w sugar to mask the salty stuff or simply the ones that do not provide enough electrolytes. I’d recommend something flavored and

Electrolytes In This Economy?!
I found this stuff is reasonable, it's $45 but 90 servings so lasts me about three months and tastes great. Like an upgraded gatorade without the sugars Amazon.com: Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix – Sugar Free – Grape, 90 Servings – Hydration Powder with 6 Key Electrolytes and

Just started Zep on Fri.
I have two types of sugar free electrolytes mixes I use depending on my needs. The first electrolyte mix has 0 calories, only 55mg sodium, and covers a lot of the other key stuff (magnesium, potassium, chloride, phosphorus, vitamin C). I drink a single packet daily, with 16 oz water, first thing aft

Should I be drinking Gatorade?
Years ago I did a Whole 30 and I had this exact same thing happen. I don't normally like salt, so I wasn't adding it (or any other electrolytes) and suddenly I was so dizzy and had vertigo. But I figured it was electrolytes and after just one day of taking them, it all went away. My suggestion is to

Working out in ED recovery AND post-op?? HELP.
Do over, reset, pivot. You're human, you're allowed to try again. This post is calling yourself out, and now you try again. Doing the next right thing. "I also CANNOT get myself to drink water for some godforsaken reason but does that really make that much of a difference?? I love this stuff (Ultima

Due 12/27/Low BP
Maybe consider an electrolyte powder? If you’re drinking that much water, you could have an electrolyte imbalance, which could cause low BP (according to my Google search, haha). I started taking Ultima Replenisher a couple months ago when I started feeling dizzy and faint, and it helped so much.

How do I get my dad to drink more water?
I got my mother to drink more by adding Ultima Replenisher to her water. Of all the electrolyte powders it’s the one we’ve done the best with taste wise. However recently I have had to give her Normalyte electrolytes because she has a problem retaining sodium (frequent problem with the elderly). It

My Wife is Struggling Post-Gastric Bypass and I'm Scared and Regretful
If it helps... I get my fluids in with Ultima flavored water (Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Powder Drink Mix). Its essentially electrolytes and helps me to not feel dizzy, ever. I make big pitchers of it that I keep in my fridge and I drink that daily. Its really helped this process for me. I

In a weird flare
I think that you were trying to respond to my reply. I'll give you a few names to look up as examples. But some can be quite expensive so shop around and look at other brands too. You are looking for magnesium citrate as an ingredient. It helps pump water into your intestines and helps with constipa

Broke, Sick, and Cruising. Need Advice!
Not completely free, but I’m a T1D so i bring “liquid IV” (I use Ultima Replenisher Daily Electrolyte Powder – Mocktini Variety Pack) I’m sure there are cheaper ones but I have dietary restrictions. I add them to alcohol/soda water for low carb drinks personally, but something similar may get you so
