I have bought an Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler. I haven't used it yet though, but just wondering will it be okay as I see a lot of people using AIO.

There's my suggestions: Don't get a 14900KF for gaming, the 9800X3D is a better gaming CPU, in fact the best gaming CPU there is. Pair it with a decent B850 board like this one. Skip the AIO cooler, not necessary for the 9800X3D as it doesn't use a ton of power. Get a Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120
