Hydration is Key - Start Hyrdrating TODAY!

This is great advice. I'd like to add that it doesn't hurt to start each day of the fest with a hydration multiplier (liquid IV) for a little boost.

What essentials should I bring?

I see you're local, thanks for having us in your fair city! Painkillers are always handy to have, even if you think you may not need them. I'm traveling in from a particularly toasty part of the country, so this is top-of-mind for me lately: Highly recommend bringing a few hydration multiplier packe

Stress during camping

I recommend upping you water intake, seriously, depending on where you're camping, almost double it! There are water additives, sometimes called "hydration multipliers" like Liquid IV and several other brands. Maybe look at trying one that has magnesium.

2025 LB, CA Goers - What did you need? What did you wish you knew ahead of time?

I went to both days of WWWY last year and was absolutely dead at the end of both days, especially day 2. I was totally fine at the end of day 2 of warped, we even had enough left in the tank to go out to the bar to wait out traffic afterwards. Here’s what I think really made the difference: WATER +

My leg has been doing this shit from yime to time for about 10 years now and it's really unpleasant

Brother. Liquid IV packet from Walmart. It’s a “hydration multiplier”. Sometimes your body needs more than just water to stay hydrated, ie. minerals, compounds, and even oils.

Electrolyte Mix

Aw man, I’m sorry. It’s certified gf (says so on their website: https://www.liquid-iv.com/products/lemon-lime-hydration-multiplier?Flavor=Lemon+Lime&Size=16PK&selling_plan=21425094692), and also dairy free and vegan. It does contain stevia, which I sometimes have a hard time with in other things, so
