The Spatium M461 uses QLC flash, which has low durability and becomes noticeably slower after a few years, so it should not be used as the OS drive. A better drive with TLC flash would be the Inland Performance Plus (with DRAM cache) for the same price, Klevv CRAS C910, or TeamGroup G50.

The 9850X3D is an overclocked 9800X3D; the performance increase is usually not considered worth the higher price. I suggest following u/Cer_Visia's build but swap the SSD for the Western Digital WD Blue SN5000 2 TB instead since it's cheaper than the Inland Performance Plus 2 TB as of time of writing this comment.

Pray you have a micro center nearby and get a 7600x3d combo and pay the extra to get 16gb of ram as ram is extremely expensive at the moment, then buy a inland performance plus gen 4x4 1tb m.2.
