Desk Footprint Saver - CH160 Plus + Portable Monitor over Glass Panel

Yet another CH160 Plus Build. It is mostly a transplant (except the motherboard). Here are the main components are random tidbits that may help others:

  • MSI B850M Mortar - The top slot GPU eliminated the ability to use the Assassin 4/4S, so I just used an existing cooler. The rear M.2 slot without

My Downsized and Slighty Upraded PC is finally done!

  • I just finished downsizing my PC from an NZXT H510 Flow to this DAN A3 . It was quite the journey actually , I put up my RTX3060 12gb for sale at the end of last year and got a good offer that i couldn’t pass on .
  • I bought a RX7700XT to pair it with my Ryzen 5 5600 and couldn’t be happier . I also

My pride and joy

Hello everyone, I am kind of new to this Battlestations and have been inspired by a lot of peoples posts, this community seems awesome. Here is my setup, not minimalistic at all but nearly every item on this table (It's a large dining room table 112x42 inches) is sentimental, including my first mot

First PC build (UK) - about to spend ~£2k and would really appreciate a sanity check

The Tomahawk has features that you do not need, and is black. Consider the Gigabyte B850 Eagle (WiFi7) ICE. (The 9800X3D eats 120 W; water cooling would be overkill.) The V-Color Manta XSky RGB kit would be slightly cheaper than the Corsair Vengeance. At that price, the NM790 is a steal. But conside

Any advice of what to change in this PC im about to build

X870E-E ROG Strix Gaming R2/USBC WiFi AMD AM5 ATX Motherboard You can very likely drop this to a B850 board with no noticeable effect - if you can't say what you need on that board versus something like an MSI B850 Tomahawk, chances are you don't need it. Crucial - P510 1TB SSD Crucial - BX500 1TB S

Recommendations/suggestions for this current build before I commit to buying? Which parts to keep/replace -

Which parts to keep/replace This is my suggestion, regardless of budget: Go with the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead of the more expensive (yet marginally faster) Ryzen 7 9800X3D. The MSI MAG B850 Tomahawk Max is a super nice motherboard but painfully expensive at Php 17,650. If you are willing to compr

I'm about to pull the trigger on this build!!!!!

There’s another motherboard one tier above this one, the MSI PRO B760M-P DDR4, which has 4 RAM slots and 2 M.2 slots. I went with that one, and I also upgraded the PSU to the Corsair RM750e ATX 3.1. The PSU is quite expensive, but it will keep the other components well protected, so I think it’s wor

Which GPU power cable setup to use? Corsair RM750e

That advice is outdated and incorrect. It's a revised 12V-2x6 port, not early 12VHPWR: This is an ATX 3.1 unit. The 12V-2x6 revision recessed the power pins and shortened the sense pins so power will not deliver unless the plug is 100% seated, eliminating the issue seen on early 12VHPWR connectors.
