I’ve got You8000, I bought the ASUS ZenWifi BQ16 Pro, leagues better for consistency on mobile devices. I mostly use my PC to fully saturate 8000 obviously.

I have an Asus ZenWifi BQ16 Pro that I bought after going through other routers. A TP Link Deco which I immediately returned out of frustration because it had no web management interface. And a Linksys Atlas Max 6E which worked fine for a while but had random drop outs which gradually increased in f

I switched to Asus ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro after having many, many issues with iOT devices and disconnects, especially when switching between satellites on the 770 system. I have no issues now. It’s about time same price as the 970 series and I appreciate the free parental controls and VPN, which both requ

With 3,600 sq ft you need at least a 2 node mesh WiFi network. I recommend that you Google "mesh wifi router ratings" and look at a few ratings to determine best router for you based on your location and price point. Asus ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro keeps coming up for me.

I recently picked up a single Asus bq16 pro. Thing is a monster. My house is about 3500 sw feet. I set it up in my theater room upstairs. And it's covers everything in the house with "excellent* connection. Even my cars connect in the driveway and back yard tv as well. Set up all of them on a Asus i

I used the Orbi 970 (2 pack) from 2024 up until last week. It's not a bad system overall, but I wanted more control in the webUI, so I decided to try the Asus BQ16 Pro (also a 2 pack). First thing I noticed when I set up the Asus was that even a single router unit seems to cover a greater distance o

That definitely would have been the cleaner route, but this network actually evolved completely in reverse! I started out just wanting a high-end Wi-Fi 7 mesh for an easy setup, which is why I bought the ASUS ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro system. However, I quickly realized that 6GHz signals don't stand a chance

For home use wifi 6 is still fine. wifi 7 is will future proof you for a bit. Tri band is a must in my opinion. Quad bands are out now though. Im a big fan of the Asus home mesh routers. Not the ones that looks like spiders with 8 antennas though. The ASUS AX6100 WiFi 6/RT-AX92U 2 Pack was rock soli
