The eyeliner is STUNNING. 2. It's likely the mascara. Better Than Sex did that for me, and so have most mascaras, if I'm honest. The only one that doesn't for me is YSL lash clash.

I've been using YSL Lash Clash, and I'm not noticing any smudges. I have also heard from MUAs that tubing mascara is great for preventing smudges.

I feel you. I have the same issue (except some tubing mascaras work really well for me). Buuut I don’t put mascara on my lower lashes and limit any eyeliner or eyeshadow on my lower lash line as well. My holy grail non tubing mascara is YSL Lash Clash. It will not budge. I use YSL lash clash. It’s absolutely incredible, I have length but no thickness and this mascara provides thickness, but it does tend to smudge on the bottom of my eyebrow hairs unfortunately.

YSL Lash Clash mascara - the only mascara I've ever used that doesn't transfer and give me dark circles under my eyes.
