Vocês usam algum smartwatch (que não seja Apple Watch) pra monitorar as atividades de vocês?
Eu uso Mi band, é um excelente custo beneficio, funciona bem demais pro dia a dia, e a bateria dura uns 5 dias usando direto, correndo, monitorando etc. Acho que paguei uns 180 na época, o meu é um mi band 8 sport max, ou algo assim.

Smartwatch med fornuftig batteritid
Xiaomi Smart Band 10 er jeg mega fan af. Den har rigtig mange funktioner og har en milliard muligheder med selve armbåndet man kan tilkøbe på. Det har super batteri tid og er ret billigt. Jeg har haft både Smart band 8, 9 og 10 og alle har været virkelig fine til det brug du nævner :) mistore.dk

Har i hvert fald 1 uges batteritid med alle funktioner slået til og kontinuerlig pulsmåler og alle de andre funktioner slået til. No. If you're upgrading go for a different Band/Watch, like Xiaomi Watch S4 or Mi Band 10 Pro when it releases.
